Great sales experience and easy process with Steve. Everything was explained and it was a pleasant experience. The truck was unfortunately not completely ready when I picked it up resulting in a need to return to have the trailer brake and bed liner installed as agreed upon as part of the sale.

Had an unfortunate problem with my new 2025 chevy 2500. The dealership which includes my salesman and service manager took care of my problem immediately, had a loaner waiting for me when I got there and corrected the issue within a day and a half. couldn't have asked for a better staff.

When Steve introduced us to our new Chevy Trailblazer he made sure all of our questions were answered and he was very thorough and took his time with us! I saw your add, that you'd pay $3,000 more for trade ins, and I explained that the engine was bad and that I'd need to have it towed in, and that was okay, but I didn't get anything. I had arranged to get an almost new Malabo, and then the car was unavailable, but there was another, just like it, for $2,000 more, and with the real style tires, instead of the low profile ones. so I agreed, but it didn't have a sliding sunroof, and that's importin to me.. The road noise is worse than any car I've had, and the radio sound quality, is poor. I didn't get front floor mats, and was told that I wouldn't get ones, because they can't be found. I'm not happy with the car, and I was reluctant to tell you about it.

I like the fact that the sales people are not pushy. Don Witherell has always been very helpful in our car buying experience. He had a vehicle brought in from another dealership for us to look at. We looked at many vehicles and Don was very patient. After a few days my wife decided on the 2025 Equinox. She had a 2023 blazer RS that she really liked that she wanted to buy out but it was to expensive.

Several issues with my brand new vehicle and nothing was fixed they told me nothing was broken so obviously I'm not going to be able to drive my truck in the winter time when there's snow because my defroster does not work when there's snow on my truck not real happy with GM at this point I've been a GM buyer my whole life I'm almost 60 years old not sure if I will get another GM or go with another vehicle

I have used this dealership for several or most of my vehicle purchases and servicing of them. Friendly staff, clean, pleasant atmosphere, comfortable to wait while cars are being serviced.

I found vehicle online and inquired. The salesperson, Derek, responded the next day promptly and provided updated pics of vehicle. I expressed my concerns and he addressed each clearly and promptly. Living out of the area and having to travel almost 2 hours, Derek worked to be available to show the vehicle. He provided appropriate follow up communication and I did not feel pressured at any time. When we closed the deal, he went above and beyond to find a solution for paperwork in a tight time period with travel constraints. The Business Manager, Robbie, provided excellent follow up to credit request, use of rebates, and GM Rewards. Very satisfied to the respect given by Derek and Robbie.

My goal was to get into something a little bit "smaller" and less expensive. Tim was able to show my a few options and with the team at Websmart they got me into something that fits my needs and lowers my monthly payments which was my goal from the start.

This was the 2nd appointment I had scheduled, the first was online at the same place, but they did not have my appointment and even showed my email confirmation. They said they didn't have time to do my oil change at the time. I rescheduled for the next day. Checking seems as though you are interfering with their day, heard how busy their day is about 10 times, same as the day before. It appears to me they do not prefer to have customers returning for services so I will be looking for another Chevy Dealership to go to.

Service visit went well, BUT 2 days after the visit, the tire pressure indicator light came on. Had just received the monthly diagnostics that said everything was okay. Stopped in to the Service Dept where they took a quick look and made me an appointment to come in and get the sensor reset. Two visits for my free one year checkup- that's one too many!

Vehicle is always returned with dirty and greasy handprints on the interior as well as exterior. No effort is made to respect the vehicle during the service process.

I was disappointed with the dealerships ability to accommodate us with a rental car for our needs. We had an issue with getting our registration for our recent purchase. They offered us a rental problem was they had no cars to rent us so they offered us a chevy pickup truck without a step up. We are 80 years old and to step up 2 feet to get in was not easy. Can't understand why you couldn't get a car from another Bob Johnson location?? Well as it was we had to return the truck and they did have a loaner coming in it was a SUV. So ity did work out however I still have an issue with not being able to accommodate us.

I came in looking for help with my headlights. I felt that they were not as bright as they could be, and my high beams felt like they were aimed too high. The folks at Bob Johnson put in brighter headlights and realigned my high beams. I am so happy with the work that they did. I feel much safer driving in the dark now. Thank you!

Fast, friendly and professional

It was a pleasure to work with John Gormican and his staff(Kevin) at their service dept. They were very helpful with some warranty items for our 2024 Silverado. The communication was great and I appreciated how friendly, accommodating and easy to work with they were. This is a rare thing in today's world! Thank you again!

Everything went pretty well. Tracy was able to find me the truck that I wanted instead of trying to sell me something that I didn't want.

This truck has been in and out of there with nothing getting fixed properly. It appears now I have an intermittent problem with my auto high beams coming on when cars are headed towards me and I am unable to turn off. It seems that the more I bring it into to get serviced the more problems occur. There is no bad feelings against Steve the salesman, Brandon the service advisor or Nick the tech. It’s just I feel I’ll need to find hopefully a better service and places to b it my GM vehicles. I will not ever be returning to this dealership since they had my truck for over 2 weeks and only was able to fix a radio that turned out to not even being the radio itself. I also had a 1-1/16 socket that I just used to close my camper prior to bringing my truck into service ti find it missing. Talked to Brandon about it and all I got was what brand was it and I’ll ask around. With again no response back I have made this difficult decision to move on from Bob Johnson west and maybe Bob Johnson all together. It’s said because I have been a loyal customer since the days of Ian Love and can’t say anything has been good since that time. Inspected and fixed issues another dealer didn't

By far the easiest car buying experience I've had! From meeting and talking with Derek V, driving the vehicle and the paperwork everything went smooth and was completed in what seemed like a matter of minutes and NOT days.

Very warm, friendly atmosphere. The whole experience was very enjoyable. I intended to order a new Silverado 1500 because I couldn't find one equipped like I wanted, but my Sales Professional Steve Cusenz found one that was 95% to what I wanted so that's the one I took. I am now enjoying my new ride several weeks before I thought I would!

I felt this was great service as always! They performed the service while I waited and everything was fine!

I had a scheduled appointment for 3:30 pm on December 17th. I arrived and checked the car in by 3:15 and was told there was one car ahead of mine. I proceeded to the waiting room where there were 3 others waiting. I know that the one gentleman was there for repairs and the two women I’m assuming one was the oil change ahead of me. The two women were done and gone around 4:00 and the gentleman around 4:30. No one else were in the waiting room. I had talked to Izaya Christopher before the appointment and assured me that the oil change wouldn’t take long. I’ve been to many appointments and it never took longer than an hour. So it got to be close to 5:00 so I asked Izaya if he could check on my car’s status. So he comes out around 5:00 and apologizes saying there were 3 cars ahead of mine and it’s just coming down off the lift. On the paperwork it says to promised 7:00. I mentioned that I was waiting for the car and he had me wait in the waiting room and again he said “THERE WAS 1 CAR AHEAD OF ME”. Not sure what the issue was. I am happy with car purchase with Izaya Christopher and will definitely be back because his courtesy and professionalism throughout the buying process. As for the delay in service, I’m not sure what happened but it was a little long.

I was able to schedule on line. my vehicle got immediate attention and oil change and rotation was done timely. I drove away and unfortunately, my brake system and hydraulics completely failed. my vehicle is in the shop and needs serious repair work . It was purchased in March 2025. this is a problem that had been previously documented and a known issue. Not too happy with GM. Luckily my manager was able to secure me a loaner at almost closing time. Greatly appreciated.
